                                                    ----------
                                                    Installing
                                                    ----------

To install DnDce, you must first select the proper
executable for your PocketPC. For HP iPaq, and all PocketPC
2002 devices, use the ARM executable. For Casios E-115, use
the MIPS. For older Jornadas before PocketPC 2002, use the
SH3 one. For other PocketPCs, consult the documentation, or
the System/About control panel applet on the device for which
processor type your system is.

Once youve selected the proper executable:
- Place DnDce.exe in your "\Program Files" directory on
  the device.
- Copy that file.
- Navigate to the "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" directory.
- Select Paste as Shortcut from the edit menu.
- Rename the link to "DnDce"

                                               The Application
                                               ---------------

At its most basic, DnDce should be straight forward enough.
You select the category in the top drop down, then the
specific item in the next one to view that items description
and information. You can also type part of the items name
in the second drop down to prune the list.

From the Other menu, you can select Full body search
which will allow you to search the descriptions for all of
the items of the currently selected category. Also available
is a simple dice rolling applet that uses a Mersenne Twister
implementation to generate pseudo random numbers.

                                                   The Options
                                                   -----------

--- Font Options - Controls the font used to display the
  information for the selected item.

--- Searching:
-- Full body searching always on - Changes the behavior of
the Item drop down box. When selected, the drop down box
performs a full body search to prune the list as you type
something in it. This can slow down performance.
-- Search window stays open - (Desktop version only) Keeps
the full body search window open after using it to open a
  new item.
